Delete your Visorias account

This page explains how to delete your Visorias account and the data associated with it. It applies both to users (athletes) and to scouts. There are two main routes, with email as a last resort.

1. From the app — immediate deletion

Go to Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deletion is immediate: you do not need to write to us or wait for us to process it.

No longer have the app installed? The same option is available from your browser: sign in to your account on the web version and follow the same steps.

2. Request form

If you cannot access your account (for example, you forgot the password or lost access to the email address), send us a request giving the email address associated with the account.

If the account belongs to a minor, the request may also be sent by their mother, father or legal guardian, giving the email address of the account.

We process requests within a maximum of 30 days and, once the deletion is complete, we confirm it by email.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases, among other things:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials (email address and login details).
  • Your profile (name, date of birth, province, team, position).
  • Your physical measurements (height, armspan, vertical jump, and so on).
  • Your health data and psychological data.
  • Your photos, videos and the image of your identity document.
  • Your messages, followers, favourites and interactions inside the app.

What data we may keep

We may keep certain information, in a limited way, only where a law obliges us to (for example, minimum records required by the applicable regulations), for the period the law establishes. After that period, that data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
